Former Employee - Network Service Technician

I worked at Thames Water full-time

Pros

Standby uplift of 49.4% of salary, job satisfaction, level of autonomy

Cons

Not everyone shares the same work ethic, “standby” is generally long hours attending job after job

Advice to Management

Employ more NST’s in order to ease the burden

Current Employee - Sales Advisor

I have been working at Kinex part-time for less than a year

Pros

Buzzing atmosphere in the office every day, constant motivation and inspiration from managers and generally just a happy and vibrant place to work.

Cons

No cons that I can think of!
