The company is performing at its best and truly exceeds my expectations. One thing I noticed is that the employee has the choice to speak out to step up when an opportunity presents. It is hardly a... downside but it would just be a point to take note for those who are shy to speak out and who would rather wait for someone to say it's time for you to take the step up. The company lets the choice to be owned by the employees.
