Pros
The pay is great, they develop your skills as an engineer and as a person, the mentorship program is awesome, and the projects they give you are meaningful.
Cons
The final presentation takes a lot of preparation. This is a given for an internship, but it is an additional project on its own.
Advice to Management
Process management was great, extremely nice and focused people.
