Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Web Marketing Experts full-time

Pros

sales personnel make a killing. high basic salary + high commissions. if you can still sleep at night after lying to customers, taking their money and running away, WME is perfect for you.

Cons

apparently, looking through the reviews that nick bell asked people to write, the only con is that the lifts are slow and are the only thing people have gripes about. no, not really. fake... glassdoor reviews are the tip of the iceberg. the entire business is run on shonky practices. procedures are designed to give clients short term results but have a high likelihood to get a client's site penalised. that's when WME's CEO nick bell will insist that account managers lie to the client to disown all responsibility for the mess. buyer beware.

Advice to Management

getting staff to write fictional reviews where the only bad thing they can think off at WME is lift speed? really? i suggest focusing on more important aspects of your business. like making it... legal so your employees don't have to keep lying to your clients. "Australia's most trusted", my foot. stop trying to pull wool over people's eyes. no one's buying it.
