Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

Pros

Good culture Good work life balance Good managers

Cons

Lack of exciting deal More comfortable on the comfort zone

"Uncompetitive"11 Oct 2018

Former Employee - Client Service Associate

I worked at Fisher Investments full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good benefits Good managers Great 401k options

Cons

Horrible communication standards from upper-management--they wait till the last minute on most things. The CEO needs to learn how to write concise emails for everyone to read. The whole firm... changed when Ken stepped down from running the company. Many well-tenured employees have already quit.

Advice to Management

Keep Ken's business model intact and learn to walk before you start running.
