Pros
We had an amazing floor of people at Yoldle! Everyone was there to help the person next to them! Incredible culture!
Cons
It was a rough and tough sales gig. The cons will always be self inflicted misses on Quota.
Pros
-above average pay -great benefits -$3,000 referral bonuses (before tax) -great culture -great team members -supportive management
Cons
-training was not adequate in my opinion -tech stack lost quality after microsoft migration -no dedicated project management software to easily track implementation progress per customer -no default... project plan template, everyone had their own, made uniformity optics impossible. -customer support quality was most complained about by customers -managing, more like wrangling customer expectations vs reality is really tough in this job -sales team promises clients the world, implementation team is where the customer shock and heartbreak happens when we find out things that sales didn't flesh out and then we tell the customer we can't fit their use case. -it's super hard to learn HCM/Payroll/Benefits subject matter from scratch for this job. I'd actually avoid this job unless you have some previous HR administration experience.
