How often do employees say they are paid at Accenture?

Pros

Weekly pay is always on time.

Cons

The staff they hire as Supervisors over the Contractors have no real idea of what it takes to perform our duties. As a result, unrealistic goals are set. Contractors are constantly lied to and trainings are a joke. They appear to not understand that we live outside lives. There are daily meetings that are time wasting and empeeds on your personal life as they keep requesting we turn our cameras on. They have these people called "SUPER Users" that we're suppose to reach out to for assistance. They just regurgitate back to you what you've asked and waste even more time. The entire system is an unnecessary mess.

Advice to Management

Genuinely pay attention to your employees. Stop hiring all these manipulative, immature and unprofessional supervisors.

Weekly pay is always on time.

How do employees feel about sign on bonuses at Accenture?

Pros

-signing bonus if you could negotiate one, 5 weeks of PTO, 401k match (if they don't lay you off before it's vested - 2 years)

Cons

- Performance management process is a black box where you're "rating/promotion" is based on a popularity contest and not on actual performance or quality of work done. ACN recently laid off 25k employees - without rhyme or reason. The severance package was pitiful and it's especially tough knowing that ACN was more profitable this year (As compared to last year) and we're in the middle of a global pandemic. Also, i'd be suspicious about all the positive reviews - wouldn't be surprised if ACN is using their AI technology to add reviews here.

Advice to Management

Management is more interested in ensuring they receive large bonuses than the wellbeing and care of its employees. They launched being "Truly Human" last year and then pledged to help the career development of people of color. But it's all talk no action.
