What is the company culture like at Avoras?

Pros

The company culture is positively instilled in each of the workers. There's a realization of the value in upholding our standards and transpiring them into our actions. There's also a very lean approach to company policies - the main driver is "Minimum constraints, maximum context: if it suits you and the client, then it's good for the company". This applies to many different aspects of the organization such as expenses, vacations, and training.

Cons

Given that the company policies are quite lean, and although they are in place, there's a learning curve to all organizational aspects described above. There might be a need to resort constantly to the managerial or HR support roles on a "case by case" basis while the company deals with its own growth pains.

Advice to Management

None at the moment, I honestly believe they are taking the right decisions, with everyone's best interest in mind.
