It does widen my knowledge and added to my knowledge with fickle minded management. Good exposure experience if you are looking to widen your own knowledge on old school management and culture.
Cons
Great working experience if you want to know how to handle politic and fickle management. All the SOP is on the mind of the management but not known to the employee
Advice to Management
You are living in the millennium and not eighties or earlier.
