Does Citrix offer massages?

Pros

Company provides a lot of facility to employees like free food, cab, campus are good etc

Cons

Company do not have good management. We see there is lot of punctuality and politics happening between girls and boys in Citrix. When I joined I was the only girl for the team and rest were boys. Managers love taking boys and do not take/consider the girls issues. There is no proper feedback management. They can throw you out anytime without any feedback. People favoritism on boys are more compared to Girls. After me there was another girl who joined. Even for her was the same situation. She did complained to the HR and management on the same but they are least bothered about that. Now, that girl quit the organisation because of this and management want to hire only boys because they are scared to hire girls.

Advice to Management

Please take seriously the concerns of the girls when the boys are dominating and come with proper feedback management.

Company Pros: Paid maternity and paternity leave, Employee stock purchase program, 401K, Generous amount of PTO, 2 volunteer days, free snacks and drinks throughout the building, cafeteria on site to grab lunch for affordable prices, quarterly employee meetings to keep us all informed on the company's performance. Pros in my Department: Since every department is different, I can only speak on behalf of the one I work in, and I have to say it's awesome! Very flexible, I get to work from home once a week. My boss is amazing. Very positive environment. You get praised for good performance as well as monetary rewards.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons. My experience here has been excellent.

Does Citrix have a pension plan?

Pros

Market leader with innovative solutions enabling flexible working Great perks (employee stock program, free snacks, healthcare, pension, etc.) Generous salary & commission with realistic chance to over achieve quota Strong corporate focus on culture and employees Genuinely feels like you belong, people are treated fairly

Cons

Processes can be convoluted, draining productivity Politics and grandstanding from other areas of the business creates unnecessary friction Pressure to hire quickly has led to poor recruitment in some areas of sales, resulting in poor performance and increased burden on others to carry the load - seems to take an age to remove under-performers

Advice to Management

Resist the temptation to fill a role by hiring properly. Take swifter action against under-performers to prevent them becoming disenchanted and spreading negativity around the place. Embrace the culture you've joined, not the one you left - Citrix is a fantastic company to work for but it has it quirks; learn to love them. This isn't IBM!

Great perks (employee stock program, free snacks, healthcare, pension, etc.)
