Does Coda Payments offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

• Fantastic culture! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Slack channels are very fun to be in. Great place to interact with people from different countries and cultures, too. • Walking the talk – values and operating principles are heavily emphasised in Coda, and this is also demonstrated by senior management and in day-to-day work. • Great place to learn, ask questions, share suggestions and possibly even spearhead your own projects. • Good work-life balance in the sense that your personal time is respected unless urgent. • You'll feel like you're making a difference in the company with your work.

Cons

None, except that it can be quite fast-paced given its rapid growth, so be prepared to keep up and be adaptable!
