Pros
Collaborative environment and company has great talent working there. Excellent place to develop skills and pursue career growth.
Cons
Lack of transparency when it comes to management decisions. P&T needs a lot of work to be accountable, efficient and transparent, they get away with too much. Countless examples of cases where they have backtracked on what was agreed with employees. Very little empathy for employees experiencing mental health difficulties. I have experienced issues with salary (due to fault of Coda) and was not provided with support, causing a lot of stress. Employees are offered less than market standards when compared to other competitors.
Advice to Management
Work on transparency and accountability. Follow through with what is promised to employees.

Pros
Pretty decent salary Mostly nice people to interact with. A good degree of freedom and trust so far. Seen some improvements with Engineering with new CTO at helm.
Cons
For a company at this scale, the tech and processes still feels suitable for a smaller company. Quite a bit of engineers still uses old and outdated way of building things, sometimes even questionable ways. Need quite a lot of catching up with modern processes and practices. Don't be fooled, this isn't a tech-first company, but a sales & bd-first company.
Pretty decent salary
