the people's management is too good they're really care about employee benefits and well being.

sometimes a particular person can ruin the project and make the working environment become unpleasant and make me think to leave coda. but coda always trying to improve anyway to sort things up. it's dillema for me to leaving coda..I'm afraid to choose another maybe not better than coda.

None, except that it can be quite fast-paced given its rapid growth, so be prepared to keep up and be adaptable!

Need more innovation, and ideas for collaboration between departments are better and more transparent.

There are lots of gaps in the company so it means lots of opportunities to offer and projects to do.

Lack of manpower and too tiring to do all things at once.

Advice to Management

Listen to what associates have to say, not only from senior management level. A lot of us are over worked and burnt out, what we need is a clear vision and more manpower. Expanding to new markets rapidly without adding employees is not scalable and sustainable.
