What is working from home like at Coda Payments?

Pros

Benefits are great, flexible working arrangements, autonomy in work

Cons

The more you know the more you do, no proper structure for most processes. Leadership team is in it's own world and have no idea what's happening on the ground

Advice to Management

Align the leadership team with the ground staff

How are flexible working hours at Coda Payments?

Pros

1. Very organised. 2. Humane 3. Flexible 4. Not set boundaries in roles so anyone is welcome to share ideas.

Cons

1. Inadequate support from HR 2. Once you take on more responsibilities the compensation doesn't change so you end up doing 2 peoples job but paid for the one you were hired. 3. lack of strategic direction.
