Pros

SEM would provide the exposure you need to work with international clients and improve your skills. Communication is really key and the CEO is very accessible until she doesn't enjoy working with you anymore.

Cons

No job security. Payments can be delayed and maybe not even paid, as was in my case - the last pay never came.
