Does DFS Group offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

- Many learning opportunities given - Opportunities for job rotation - Various projects to keep the job and work interesting - Channels are currently made available to provide top-down and bottom-up feedback - Various events are organized to engage employees and for celebration - Reasonable benefits - eg technical courses and soft skills courses provided by the company, group insurance etc - Be prepared for changes to seek more career opportunities - Teamwork oriented culture, close working relationships, various changes eg upgrading systems (very common in other companies too), accounting standards, new setups, new business initiatives - Have to be willing to learn and strive hard

Cons

- Heavy workload; to voice out when help is needed - Competitive environment in the retail industry - which is necessary to be in line with the retail market - Fast paced and possibly long working hours - please be prepared if you are keen to learn
