Does there seem to be diversity at EDF?

Pros

Variety of work, great people, important mission to decarbonise the UK, strong focus on social and environmental sustainability, great work in the community, employee volunteering and a very real commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Lots of change, reorganisations and budget cutting - much like many other large companies at this time.

Does EDF provide assistance to those with physical or mental disabilitiies?

Pros

Some managers try to look out for their staff

Cons

Upper management is only interested in personal bonuses and will make directives that will help them rather than what's best for the company or staff. This flows down to middle management who do the same, etc., etc. They make all the diversity noises but will punish staff who are neurodiverse, suffer from depression or anxiety and they will put you through 'competence reviews' Constant budget cuts. bizarre outsourcing deals and steady corrosion of staff benefits over the years.

Advice to Management

Learn to look after your staff and you'd keep the good ones
