Does EDF offer life insurance?

Pros

Great flexi working policy, seem to actually care about employee experience and understand value of it. Good benefits, although maternity provision is very poor. However health insurance, pension etc all excellent.

Cons

Regional offices very dated and not at all inviting after two years at home. Difficult to get substantial pay increase and would need to go elsewhere - however base rate is very good and comparative. Very middle aged and white (and male) at Exec level.

However health insurance, pension etc all excellent.
