Does EDF offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Work/Life balance is very good, most bosses are very understanding. Great Benefits, the insurance are very good.

Cons

One team (and manager) believe they are more important than the rest of the company. To the point that they harass every other team they deal with. And unfortunately, nobody wants to have to deal with the issue in upper management. They lose many people in other departments by closing their eyes to the problem.

Advice to Management

Stop losing great talent just so you can take the easy route instead of dealing with the issue at hand.

Great Benefits, the insurance are very good.
