Very good benefits for health insurance and dental coverage (if elected)
Depending on service line and time of busy season, may require to work long hours

Good benefits like private medical and dental Nice offices Great investment in learning and development
Terrible work life balance Boring / difficult work, often completely outwith your area of expertise Tiny / £0 bonuses, even for great performance Culture of blame and bullying among senior staff Don't practice what we preach in terms of wellbeing - some people have been driven to such stress that they have become ill People seem to be seen as nothing more than "bodies" to be resourced on to client work with no regard for their skills or preferences
Good benefits like private medical and dental

good place to gain experience
- considerably low salary - expect to overtime - employee's benefit (e.g. medical insurance, dental allowance, etc.) is not so good
Maybe try to compensate your employees better (either through salary or benefits)
medical insurance, dental allowance, etc.) is not so good
