Poor Salary and poor management. Since January 2021 when the merger occurred people are leaving left and right. Most groups are down 10-30 percent. Management isn't allowed to backfill most spots.

Fill the positions and make salary comparable to other OEMS. Don't keep promoting "Yes" people
