What is health insurance like at FireEye?

Pros

Above average compensation, remote work flexibility, promising products (not all lines though), career shifts opportunity, easy to reach top management, less corporate politics compared to industry peers, decent health insurance, decent perks, multiple internal training courses, tuition fees support, good helping culture.

Cons

periodic lay-offs which degrades morale, unhealthy competitive environment within a team or between different teams, company outlook is not bright specially profits are on the lower side compared to industry peers (although its increasing in small %).

Advice to Management

Stop changing the company brand every now & then. Address the idea of having a sub-group as the untouchables. FireEye isn't a channel-friendly vendor, you need to change that. Address R&D lag for FireEye products. Address the cannibalistic sales behavior between consulting units and other business units.
