The project managers really needs to improve their management skills for handling projects though they have good technical knowledge, as of now project managers are not really good to handle the projects though they have great amount of experience. Salary: One of the most irritating part in ITP India office. Employee should get at least their correct salary figure at end of the month I stead of claiming pending salary in next month. Health insurance: Company should include at least employee family including spouse and children in such facility. Technology used: As of now ITP is still on old technology.
