What is it like working with clients or customers at Infinite Studios?
Pros
Working on international projects like from Disney, Dreamworks, Nicklodeon, it is not directly from them though, it has been re outsourced from other studios in Canada or Ireland.
Cons
Artist are often sharing a projects, and studio quitely making the clients feel like the artist are focusing only on their project, while the fact is they are working on multiple projects at the same time.
Advice to Management
See your people as asset and not as donkey
