What are co-workers like at Infoview Technologies Pvt Limited?


If salary is your goal and if you can sacrifice your knowledge growth, time and energy at your young age ,THIS IS UR PLACE! Few TLs and colleagues are supportive which is very rare to find here.


I worked in a specific project which I dont wanna mention where the ones who maintains a logging and work management tool called cortex and who could decorate their bug-fix document as much as possible is considered a better employee rather than a one who could code well. No scope for knowledge growth...NOT EVEN A BIT..I wud rather say if you wanna forget your coding knowledge and your problem solving skills, then definitely THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE. Except a very few LLs and Managers, superiors who know absolutely nothing about current techstack will question you so much and rate you bad. Have to come by 9 am sharp ,else will fall prey in the eyes of the manager. Finshed your work and leaving by 6.30 pm, dude you are not as efficient as others who sit simply doing nothing til 8 pm or so. No employee benefits..Nothing.. There are people called as CLs..God only knows what technical knowledge they have other than tracking how much hours an employee spends in pantry and when employee comes and leaves and maybe scroll through cortex issue list. Find a bug critical and want four or five days to complete? CL or TL will be like sure take as much as your time for 3 days max. Wanna plan a trip and take a week off once a year. Should discuss that first with CLs and den only can plan for 2 days maybe. You are good at this development project..Oh really?! Next shuffle you will be put in testing or some other projects and vice-versa. And if you question that all you can hear is "Dont you know our company culture. You have to adapt to wherever you are put." People can even list on and on.

Advice to Management

Anyway they wont listen, So nothing to tel!

Few TLs and colleagues are supportive which is very rare to find here.
