How was the interview at Infoview Technologies Pvt Limited?

Pros

I need to think what to write because there is no pros . We can right anything in cons.

Cons

* Strict timing. U need to be there before 9.40 AM. If it cross even one second you will be marked as half day off .. *Once you entered , you need to go out only for lunch . So pathetic. *You should always nod your head whatever the higher management says. Because they were treating employee as slave. If you say anything they will consider you as an attitude person. *Manager always nod their head from higher management, they don't know anything so blindly they accept their end date. * they will give you work on morning with in 2hours they will ask about task.After 2hours they will come with another task and says like you jus leave that previous task you do current one . If you have completed your task they will check it and says we don't like this. we need that previous one . * They don't analyze the complexity..always they want work to be done ASAP but they expect quality. No one do in a meaningful way because of so much pressure . such a micromanagement (Consider angadi theru film ) *No employee benefits. If ppl ask anything about canteen .CEO be like "I am not running restaurant here. If you want food just go outside and have food .I am paying high salary " But if you planned for team lunch within 1hr u should come. (so bad right, is there any restaurant we can have food within 1hr?? ) * always CEO says timing is 9-6.30 but if you leave after 6.30 you will be screwed :D *we need to be there upto 8 PM. Now new rule is they will automatically fill the late leaving and you should stay upto 9PM. Even emergency late leaving is also there. * Even Saturday and Sunday also you need to go office. They don't consider your privacy also. You need to be there always.if you go office for Saturday they won't switch on ac also. * You should not hear any songs during work time . No relaxation right . * You should act as second machine . Machine should work with machine i.e infoview * Jus now I have checked with ivtl job :D surprisingly they recruiting experienced ppl. I hope They won't survive long enough :D * In everything CEO expecting quality but they providing milk powder coffee (Is milk powder is a quality one ) * If they want to show demo they will setup the environment by one day before . There is no management at all. They were just working blindly without knowing anything *now most of my batch mate were resigned , they just losing their good resources.Even some good managers also resigned it seems :D (torturing at peak ) Pls atleast give some respect to your employees . Everyone preparing for interview . even my roommates also started preparing to switch job. * if you stay by 8-9 PM they will consider you extra ordinary person * Most of the ppl in ivtl with 6 years of experience they don't know anything .. I dont know how they gonna survive for long run .what you ppl do if infoview gone ?? Please update yourself. * 2015batchmate. :D in the name of lead you just downgrading your knowledge. (Still 6-7 years experienced ppl doing code and learning new stuff.) Managing project alone won't give you anything .for managing you should know the technical part . You need to analyze whether this task took time or not ? You should not tell blindly .. * As a developer I have learnt something which is helped me a lot. * There is no access for any site . You should use your mobile phone to know anything .

Advice to Management

No advice. Management won't hear our advice . They will implement whateve they want. Changing policy overnight is very very pathetic man .
