How are senior leaders perceived at Infoview Technologies Pvt Limited?

Pros

Salary is given a grade above the industrial standards, still it's just an illusion to make you stay.

Cons

Your fate is decided as soon as you are assigned to a team. There are some constant shoe checkers, no reason shouters, issue/ticket tracking tool experts (Don't think they are good at doing that. They just don't have anything to do except that. just by seeing and monitoring the issue tracking tool , won't help your situation get any better and people won't award you with any degree for that), all day meeting schedulers, micro managing idiots, what is leadership advicers (As if they have done a PhD in leadership), open office founders, Leave count checkers, No hike threateners (I'm running out of adjectives here) who'll make your life miserable. Some people even take pride in chucking you out of the office. Get a life please. As I said earlier some team leaders and managers think that they can extract work from employees just by threatening them with yearly hikes and job security. Shame on you. You guys don't have the patience and determination to complete the work. If you work from 9 to 6 you are a guy who is not interested in working. If you work for more than 8 hours then you don't have the capability to finish it in the given time. Instead of tagging employee with different names, why don't the so called managers/cluster lab leaders/lab leaders do something to make things better for their peers and team members. Just because you are assigned a higher role, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't take part in any coding activities. There are also some better guys in the office. It would be a sin if i don't tell about those guys. These guys will treat you with the respect and esteem you deserve. So it is entirely based on your luck. Other than that no cab facilities, no flexible timings, no flexible dress code policies, no wfh's, no comp offs. Simply no life.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Infoview Technologies Pvt Limited?

Pros

Good pay right from the start. Good company for beginners.

Cons

Leaders hold personal grudges against their own team members. To err is human. A good leader corrects the mistake and provides tips to avoid the same mistakes in the future. But, what happens is the mistakes made by the team are noted down, reported to the higher authority, used as the reasons to rate during appraisal.

Advice to Management

To treat all as equal. Most of the leaders are under the impression that they own the team members. It would be nice if the leaders would treat their team with some respect. There are leaders who do not give any work to girls who talk nicely to them and dump all the work on girls/guys who do not talk properly to the leaders. Kindly get to the bottom of this issue. This is not ethical.

But, what happens is the mistakes made by the team are noted down, reported to the higher authority, used as the reasons to rate during appraisal.
