Does Innoquest Diagnostics have any sort of mentoring programme?
Pros
Learn how to handle a very high sample volume, able to learn about tests fast
Cons
Due to high sample volume, there is little time for training. Expected to know how to run tests after a brief training period. Have to work overtime most days but might not be paid for those hours. Pay does not match market rate
Advice to Management
Allow more time to train new staff. OT pay and allowance qualifications not transparent, unsure if we would be paid for OT/if we have allowances.
