Pros
Staff is really friendly and are always more than willing to teach new workers at all times. Lunch hour is also pretty flexible.
Cons
Not much progression, workload super heavy and working hours is 6 days a week, super labor-intensive and not much lee-way. Management is slow to implement feedback from the workforce, with many politics involved.
Advice to Management
Many workers are burnt out and overworked, please revise the working schedule and be open to feedback & please implement them. Burning out leads to more mistakes and this would be preventative if feedbacks were implemented earlier.
