- Get to serve the VIPs - Work in a professional setting

- Bad culture - Work on graveyard hours - Fast paced environment and back to back flights - Senior staff tries to take advantage of young girls

Work on the people that stays there the longest because they are horrifying.

What is the company culture like at Jet Quay?

- Free and easy - OTOT - free taxi home (after 11:30pm & before 7am)
Cons
- a lot of OTs - poor work culture - bias at work - unprofessional way to treat their staff - shift work (morning shift can be as early as 2-3 am) - lack of communication - no meeting to review on overall improvement - area rundown

Management needs some work Management tend to be bias in giving flights to people they like Pressure and guilt trip to OT or work more days during peak season
