KBS is growing extremely fast thanks to market demand and a strong commiment to innovation and excellence. But the best thing about the company is the people and culture. Everyone is professional, courteous, and collaborative. The leadership is strong and it filters down through the organization.

Cons

The depth, quality and cost of benefits could be better, particularly healthcare and life insurance, but the compensation is strong.

Advice to Management

Share your vision and mission more broadly and more frequently with employees.

The pay was acceptable. It felt very fair for the amount of work required. They managers treated everyone very well! Generous and understanding.
