How are the career development opportunities at Kienta?

Pros

It was my first job in Singapore, they offered the highest starting salaries amongst a few other offers that I got.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Kienta?

Nice reputation Good benefits provided (Bonus & Increment) *Still have increment during the CB period Annually company’s staycation

Cons

Higher turnover of employees Poor management of manpower on site which lead to imbalance work life balance Job scopes and responsibilities beyond current position (other companies from same field will offer higher opportunities) Hierarchy management Focused on loyalty > ability

Advice to Management

Nice book cover, but needs of content improvement Be more concern about the manpower management Superiors need to be acceptance on employees’ advice and good listener on employees’ feedback

How are promotions handled at Kienta?

Pros

You get profit sharing as bonus

Cons

Long hours, expect you to give more than expected, put foreigners first, very slow prospect, very little progression as a company, pay very little compared to other companies, terminate people easily.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the older people in the management. Get the young people in. Old people, old mindset.
