What is the work environment like at Kienta?

Pros

Traditional management that care for staff members. Staff received red packet, oranges and moon cakes during festive seasons. Friendly work environment.

Cons

Too many foreign employees, very few locals.

Advice to Management

It will be nice if Christmas and Chinese New Year eve work half day. SOP for training new staff to ensure proper training in place.

What are working conditions like at Kienta?

Pros

Learn hands-on how to effectively communicate with people. Learn to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Cons

- Get to meet the unpleasant sides of people. - Work on alternate Saturday. Work at ongoing projects are so hectic that you will not have much energy left at the end of the day. You will also properly skip going out on your off days too to replenish your energy. - Need to work on site despite Covid situation. Residents' safety and feedback come before our own health and safety. - Residents are always right... just like how customers are always right.

Advice to Management

When you start to protect and prioritize the well-being of your staffs instead of always giving in to client, you will see a drop in turnover rate for this role.
