Does Klaviyo offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?
Pros
- The people. Everyone is very friendly and collaborative, working together - The benefits, they really take care of their employees and provide many activities and regular perks. - The product is amazing and continuing to improve. - The management actually know what they're doing. It's really refreshing to see.
Cons
- I really struggle to think of cons actually. - Honestly, they listen to their employee's opinions on things and try and accommodate everyone. It's incredibly rare.

Does Klaviyo offer unlimited holiday?
Pros
Great benefits including book budget (where you can buy books and get reimbursed), unlimited PTO, great people and culture.
Cons
At least for the Marketing org, it was growing at a ridiculous rate. The org went from <30 to >100 in just a year. Many hires were ex-colleagues of the then SVP of Marketing and were given favorable treatment. There wasn't a proper strategy roadmap, many functions within Marketing overlapped with each other and some teams shouldn't even exist given that a lot of the foundations are not laid. There were many pivots resulting in multiple headless chickens scenarios. There were a lot of duplication of work and many, many cooks in the kitchen which slowed things down. Many hires and promos did not make sense as some hires did not have the skillsets nor experience for the role.
Advice to Management
Hire for diversity - Many of the hires came from the B2C company the then SVP came from. Many of the concepts of B2B that were proposed are not applicable to a B2B company. It was really difficult to oppose these ideas because there was no diversity of thought.
Great benefits including book budget (where you can buy books and get reimbursed), unlimited PTO, great people and culture.
