Pros
I am so proud of this company. I've worked here for almost 20 years and have had so many fabulous experiences and have met so many wonderful people during this time. I had the opportunity to earn my Masters Degree through the employee tuition reimbursement program.
Cons
This could be good or bad - but it's very fast paced due to the amount of recent acquisitions/mergers. This is truly a good thing though - we are always changing. With change brings opportunity!

Good company overall, good benefits and maternity scheme, wfh flexibility
Cons
Sales cycles are very long , sales people have too many products to sell, all very complex and processes are often complicated

Does LexisNexis Risk Solutions assist with or provide childcare?

Work life balance, knowledge development, benefits like other companies ( neutral here)
Cons
Bad culture, no one follows HR policies, no empathy for situations of foreign workers, I was a top performer and got promotion but was fired when I was trying to change the team. I requested for better growth and salary increment. In one month my rating were dropped and post that I was fired. No HR intervened. Diversity and inclusivity is only for few African heritage folks. Fired at the time when market is at all time low.
Advice to Management
Try to be more involved in teams, educate new managers to be emphatic, bring better resources at good salaries otherwise.
