We are supposed to be all well trained in all aspects -- accounts (draw up CCA budget, bill coaches etc), cheerleader, customer service officer to both parents, students, school leaders, counsellor (trauma/career guidance), event coordinator, art and creative personnel (e.g. design posters/videos), bouncer (e.g. to manage discipline by showing presence), coach, admin/clerical duties and lastly teaching (both in school and sometimes as a free-paid personal tuition teacher).

Advice to Management

Start rethinking about all the training and additional roles that you plan the teachers to be well in while saying that you are lightening our load (e.g. by using tech to take attendance and forms) to add on more things to do.
