Pros

Satisfaction when positive change in student’s behaviour. Holidays can spend time with family more.

Cons

Long hours. 7am start work to 6pm (11hours) once a week due to CCA, Parent meeting or staff meeting. Otherwise, it is common to end work after 4pm. (More than 9hours usually) due to remedial and admin work or programme. Bad health due irregular eating time and lots of walking. Have to pay carpark fee Little medical benefit of outpatient which include family. Copay every bill.

Advice to Management

Start school late. It benefit the kids and the teacher.

Holidays can spend time with family more.
