Does NTUC Income Insurance Co-Op Ltd offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

$1000 flexi benefit spread out within a year so you get like additional $80+ per month

Cons

The commission is pathetic as compared to Income agents not to mention other insurers itself. They give you commission based on API (life, endowments policies) which makes it hard for you to give a "holistic review" for clients because you need to deliver your numbers to stay within the company. It's ironic, recently they rolled out new targets wanting the CAs to not only hit API, but they have to have a certain amount of shield plans, general insurance etc. But the API only focuses on??? Also tons of CAs are not meeting target due to the pandemic (no roadshows, no F2F) but heard they increased the target anyway. Also, they are shifting heavily to cold calling (then your question would be why would anyone join here and not head over to agency then?!!)

Advice to Management

Review on the comms structure DUH
