Does National Healthcare Group Polyclinics offer relocation assistance?
Pros
Great annual package and benefits. Total annual package of at least 15 mths pay: 12 mths + - 1 mth Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)/13th mth bonus (paid in Dec together with Dec CVB) - 2 mths Corporate Variable Bonus (CVB, 1 mth in Jul, 1 mth in Dec, could vary based on economic conditions and financial performance of organisation) - approx 1 mth PB (ranges from 0.9-1.5 mths to my knowledge, larger bonus for better performers, paid in Jul). Plenty of leave (annual, childcare, exam/study). Additional $800 or so in claimable benefits for outpatient medical expenses.
Cons
Some colleagues can be unreasonable, petty and get personal. Some are literally just there to collect pay, so you will have to manage that too. But if you have a good boss/good interpersonal skills, these cons can be minimised.
