How are senior leaders perceived at OEL (Holdings)?

Pros

- The pay was decent and higher than market average. - Colleagues were good to work with and there was a sense of camaraderie. - Middle Management tried their best to protect the staff.

Cons

- The Chairman is an absolute ego-maniac, low EQ and had no basic respect for human beings. - Unreasonable targets set for employees. If a deal is brought to the table, the boss would find a way to make it difficult for the employee to follow through. - The CEO and Chairman are not professional at all, makes the staff wonder how they got to their positions, they lack the basic skills of the microsoft suite and can not even draft a simple letter. - Verbally abusive, would shout at employees during meetings giving staff anxiety and stress. - The chairman is a compulsive liar who upsells everything and bullies staff who are unable to believe his lies.

Advice to Management

Please work on your leadership abilities, some people are born naturally with it and they obviously are not. Step down from your current position you are not fit to lead a public listed company.

The CEO and Chairman are not professional at all, makes the staff wonder how they got to their positions, they lack the basic skills of the microsoft suite and can not even draft a simple letter.

How are the career development opportunities at OEL (Holdings)?

Pros

OEL (Holdings) Limited has a strategic and achievable ambition to build a Pan-Asian high-tech healthcare company, which has given me plenty of opportunities in the healthcare and education industry. There is also plenty of room for personal growth, as the management constantly encourages self-management and puts faith in each employee's personal development and passion.

Cons

Being in the healthcare industry, OEL, like any company, has various hurdles to clear, such as the long and excruciating wait for a certain medical equipment to be certified. The whole process can be long and endearing, but the team's culture is getting stronger day by day, and we strongly believe in finding breakthroughs and achieving our vision.
