if you will work as staff, not outsource, you will get the below benefits: - free voice and data line. -discount on DSL. - life insurance and medical insurance. -get promoted.

-you should work there not a retailer, try to work in headquarter to get the best environment work experience.

Advice to Management

take in your considerations agents in retail, invest in their development and stop dealing with them as machines only for selling. give them some interest and improve company product instead of pushing them to sell a non-effective product comparing with other competitors.
