None whatsoever. I would give zero stars. You would be better off collecting unemployment than working here. NO chance of promotion or upward mobility. This is a dead end job.

Zero transparency from leadership and owner. No benefits, no insurance, no 401k,PTO, or anything, Work atmosphere is "Just be happy you have a job." CONSTANT lies from management, backstabbing, If you get injured, you will be replaced by the end of the week. Management doesn't know how to manage, no accountability, no leadership, or ethics,..or morals for that matter. The blame game is constantly played.

Spend money on the associates, provide benefits or some sort of incentives, trickle down is not working. Be honest with them.
