If you are as committed as you say you are to building a diverse and inclusive company culture, you'll need to start either hiring diverse talent at leadership positions (L5+), or grooming your talent internally to fill out those roles. There is a massive drop in diverse employees percentages as you start going up the ladder.

coworkers are very nice and friendly, was able to make some friends on my 1st month there. new office is super cool.

Cons

insurance for canadian folks can be better (current coverage was a setback from my previous work, but comp is good, so kind of balanced)
