They are steady cutting hours almost every week. Management stabs lower-level employees in the back so they don't get in trouble. They promise bonuses and never give them.. They have never gone up on the per deem in a long time. They fire hard workers and keep slackers. They want you to do 3 different kinds of jobs models everyday but don't want to pay you more for it. They switch you route every couple weeks so they can keep cutting your hours.

Advice to Management

Get rid of route ops they don't know what they are doing. Don't promise us bonuses and not give them out. Get rid of Galen and the rest of the managers they are what's wrong with this company. Also stop getting so political/woke!!!!! Listen to your employees like you use to do. If hyou keep going the way you are this company will be out of business by the end of this year.
