Pros
Pay is ok, 401k and pension, and health insurance are good.
Cons
Worst management I’ve ever experienced in my life. Have absolutely no idea how to run a business which is shocking for a global company. Constantly look for people to blame due to their incompetence. Refuse to deal with serious issues for employees. No job training which leads to not being able to advance to higher “levels” for more pay. Really a shame because when I started things were a lot better and I’ve watched the decline over the years.
Advice to Management
Quit.
Pay is ok, 401k and pension, and health insurance are good.

Ok health care insurance.bonus .whatch managmengent manipulation and laying a years to employees
Cons
Management is only care about them self .how long thay will stay for company .no training for new employees.Hr management is expert to switch stories.management with faces. Employees not thrust to management.management promises to employees and employees leaving company with experience build a years .management bring new employees and new employees stay couple week and left .last year about 500 new employees come to work this place and all ready left and management going bring 500 this year if you going be one good luck
Advice to Management
Management needs be professional.build thrust.stop blaming.management new support employees sometimes tell employees thank you for hard work that is simply.management need know they are not owning this place . No respect from management
