Pros

Good colleagues, great brand in SG, tech stack is ok, medical insurance and benefits are good, long term incentives

Cons

really really bad managers in digital tech department, manager will take medical leave during important meeting with business stakeholders and leave you to get scolded, no accountability, bad architectural practices, scope of chapters totally unclear and overlapping - too many directors ordering everyone about Not worth staying long term, work here until covid is over and then move on

Advice to Management

get rid of all the managers and make the structure lean you will get more work done

Poor leadership: Imagine your leader asking you for strategy and direction of a particular department No overall strategy lack of support

Pros

Lots of resources for continual learning. HR very involved and active. Benefits like insurance, etc.

Pros

Health benefits, avg 2mths bonus depending on net profit

Cons

High turnover, lack of staffs. Too many redundant department. Focused on customer service, yet when cust rate it’s staff poorly due to company policies, staffs are faulted for not being able to manage. Incentives are based hugely on cust feedback (sms survey). When customer did not rate excellent, due to existing policies or new changes (such as price increase), which will affect a cco’s performance and this resulting loss of KPI incentive. If a cco gets a “good” rating sms, it is not good enough. For example, to get incentive, sms rating received must consists of 70% of excellent. If there is a total of 10 sms survey sent, 7 of them must be rated 5 (excellent). In order to get incentive. (Lowest tier incentive)

Advice to Management

Focus on customer AND staff’s feedback to improve further. Take good care of staff, and your staffs will take good care of your customers.
