Pros
- Fun to make drinks - Co-workers are extremely friendly - One of the best experiences during training period as the people are really patient and nurturing towards new workers.
Cons
- Way too understaffed, outlet I worked at would only have 2 workers maximum. - Full-timers work 200+ hours per month sometimes. - Opening shift is only done by 1 person. - Full-timers got extra tasks like having to take before and after pictures of the outlet everyday, the company loves micromanaging. - Manager used CCTV cameras to scrutinize what you are doing live and will call the shop's phone to tell you off.
