Work is very narrow in that you call out to customers potentially experiencing fraud. Very rinse watch and repeat.

Frequent layoffs and managers creating fireable offences. No promotions without moving jobs. Yearly reviews are not done based off goals or performance but are comparisons to other employees, causing competition not team work. Management at all levels is entrenched and is more interested in their own personal success. It appears that the executives are looking to automate as much as possible to lower the workforce as far as possible.
