Pros

You’ll meet some of the best people you can work with, a sense of belonging with the company and you’ll be very well taken care of.

Cons

Being a flat hierarchy you won’t see a lot of visible growth. Each team is like its own company. Your experience of Zoho largely depends on which team and which manager you work for.

Pros

1) Product based company, so good work 2) If you are enthusiastic and into your work, you can prosper 3) Good for 1-2 years of experience, in my opinion 4) Flexible office hours 5) Free food all through the day 6) Free cab services

Cons

1) Salary less than industry standards (though comparing perks, it would seem okay-ish) 2) Good enough only if you plan to settle in Chennai itself 3) Heights of racism for people not from Tamil Nadu, especially North Indians 4) Team meetings are in Tamil, it's hard if you speak other languages (Especially hindi speaking are looked down upon, until you develop a thick skin) 5) Location is in the outskirts of Chennai, so you'll be cut from the city. Travelling to city takes atleast an hour

Advice to Management

No advice to management, it's just that people need to become more acceptable

3) Heights of racism for people not from Tamil Nadu, especially North Indians
