10Club E-Commerce Manager interview questions

Nobody in the hiring team has a clue about professionalism. Ghosting seems rampant- i was ghosted after 3 rounds. There are multiple roles open for 5-6+ months and when asked why, they just shift the blame with a "all the candidates we are getting are sub-par". If it's happening for several months and with several roles, shouldn't you look at your hiring process.
